Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using MailLoop.
MailLoop is a productivity tool designed to help users automate and manage outbound email workflows using their own Gmail account. By accessing or using MailLoop, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
By using MailLoop, you confirm that you have the legal authority to connect and use the email account you authorize, and that you will use the tool only for lawful, ethical, and permission-based communication.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your use of the product, including recipients, email content, templates, scheduling configurations, and any data you submit or import. You retain ownership of your content and data. MailLoop does not claim ownership of your submitted content.
MailLoop is designed so that email sending actions occur from the user’s environment/device using the connected Gmail account. We do not store your Google Sheets content, Gmail inbox content, or email message bodies on our servers.
You agree not to misuse the service. Misuse includes but is not limited to: attempting to reverse engineer the product, bypassing feature restrictions, abusing system limits, sending spam or unsolicited emails, automating unauthorized actions, or interfering with service stability, privacy, or security.
You acknowledge that email sending limits and restrictions may be imposed by Gmail/Google, and MailLoop is not responsible for account restrictions, email delivery issues, suspensions, or penalties caused by your usage patterns or recipient complaints.
MailLoop may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time to improve functionality, security, or user experience. We are not obligated to maintain backward compatibility.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. MailLoop does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, email deliverability, or specific outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailLoop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, account restrictions, or delivery failures.
If you purchase a subscription, payments are processed through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). MailLoop does not store card details. Subscription features remain active only while your subscription is active and successfully billed.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
