Privacy & Transparency

Privacy Policy

MailLoop is built with privacy-first principles. This page explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled.

What MailLoop Is

MailLoop is a productivity tool that helps users schedule and automate outbound email workflows using their own Gmail account. It is designed for individuals, freelancers, startups, and teams who value simplicity, speed, and full control over their communications.

MailLoop is designed to operate primarily on the user’s own device. Email sending actions are executed from the user environment, not by MailLoop servers.

Information We Collect

MailLoop collects minimal information required to provide the service. Depending on how you use the tool, we may collect:

  • Your email address (for login / account access)
  • Subscription / billing status (processed via Stripe)
  • Feedback, support messages, and bug reports you submit

We do not collect unnecessary personal data, and we do not use your data for advertising.

What We Do NOT Collect

  • Gmail passwords
  • Gmail inbox content
  • Email attachments stored on Google Drive
  • Google Sheets content / spreadsheet data
  • Contact lists stored in your Google account
  • Your private messages or conversations
  • Credit / debit card details (handled by Stripe)

MailLoop does not store your Google Sheets data or Gmail content on our servers.

How Email Sending Works

MailLoop is built so that sending actions happen from the user’s device. Emails are sent using the user’s connected Gmail account, and MailLoop does not relay or store email content on our servers.

This means you maintain full ownership and control over your emails, recipients, templates, and workflow data.

Data Storage & Security

MailLoop applies reasonable security measures to protect data that is required for the service (such as user account data and subscription status).

Operational workflow data may be stored locally on your device, depending on the version and features you use. MailLoop does not upload your Google Sheets content, Gmail email bodies, or sensitive user data to our servers.

Data Sharing

MailLoop does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing.

Limited data may be processed by trusted infrastructure providers only when necessary (for example, billing/payment processing via Stripe).

Your Control & Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account-related data by contacting our support team. Since MailLoop does not store your Gmail inbox data or Google Sheet content, those remain fully within your Google account and device control.
