MailLoop is a Gmail workflow platform designed for sending personalized emails using Google Sheets and the user’s own Google account.

MailLoop does not operate as a third-party email relay service. Emails are sent through the user’s own Gmail and Google Apps Script infrastructure.

Google Data Usage

  • MailLoop accesses Google account data only to provide functionality explicitly requested by the user.
  • Users retain full ownership and control of their Google account data, spreadsheets, email content, attachments, and recipient information.
  • MailLoop does not sell, transfer, rent, share, or disclose Google user data to third parties for advertising, marketing, profiling, or commercial purposes.
  • Google Workspace API data is not used for artificial intelligence training, machine learning model training, user profiling, advertising, or data brokerage purposes.
  • MailLoop only accesses Google account permissions granted by the user through Google's OAuth authorization process.
  • Users may revoke Google account access at any time through their Google Account security settings.

Users are fully responsible for the emails they send, including recipient data, email content, attachments, and compliance with all applicable laws, anti-spam regulations, and Google policies.

Users must not use MailLoop for spam, phishing, fraudulent activity, unauthorized marketing, malware distribution, harassment, illegal communication, or any activity that violates Google policies.

Gmail sending limits, Google account quotas, and Google service policies may affect email delivery, processing speed, or platform functionality.

MailLoop processes emails in controlled batches to improve workflow reliability and reduce quota-related issues, but delivery success cannot be guaranteed.

Personalized email templates, workflow drafts, and interface preferences may be stored locally within the user's browser using IndexedDB and related browser storage technologies. This data remains on the user's device and is not stored on MailLoop servers.

MailLoop may temporarily restrict access to users engaged in abusive, suspicious, harmful, unlawful, or policy-violating activity.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind regarding uninterrupted operation, availability, deliverability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Users must comply with all applicable Google policies, Gmail sending limits, anti-spam regulations, privacy laws, and local legal requirements when using MailLoop.

By using MailLoop, you agree to these Terms of Service.
