Privacy & Data Usage

MailLoop is a Gmail workflow platform that helps users send personalized emails using Google Sheets and their own Google account infrastructure.

MailLoop does not sell, rent, share, transfer, or disclose user data to third parties for advertising, marketing, profiling, or commercial purposes.

The platform may process spreadsheet data, recipient email addresses, templates, attachments, and email content solely for providing the email workflow functionality explicitly requested by the user.

MailLoop uses Google account authorization and Google APIs only for features that are directly initiated and requested by the user.

MailLoop does not operate as a third-party email relay service. Emails are sent through the user's own Gmail account and Google Apps Script infrastructure.

Data Protection & Security

  • Gmail content, Google Sheets data, recipient information, attachments, and email content are processed only to perform actions explicitly requested by the user.
  • MailLoop does not permanently store Gmail messages, Google Sheets data, recipient lists, attachments, or email content on MailLoop servers.
  • Personalized email templates, workflow drafts, and interface preferences may be stored locally within the user's browser using IndexedDB and similar browser storage technologies.
  • Data stored in IndexedDB remains on the user's device and is not transmitted to or stored on MailLoop servers.
  • Communication between MailLoop, Google services, and the user's browser is protected using HTTPS encryption and secure transport protocols.
  • Access to Google account data is limited to the permissions explicitly granted by the user through Google's OAuth authorization system.
  • Only the authenticated user can access information available through their connected Google account, subject to Google's authentication and security controls.
  • MailLoop does not sell, rent, share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to third parties for advertising, marketing, profiling, or commercial purposes.
  • Google Workspace API data is not used for artificial intelligence training, machine learning model training, advertising, marketing profiling, or data brokerage purposes.
  • Google account permissions can be reviewed and revoked at any time through the user's Google Account settings.

MailLoop does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information beyond what is required to provide requested email workflow functionality.

Users remain fully responsible for recipient data, email content, attachments, and communications managed through MailLoop.
